Yes and No. All Phirst project have the basics amenities such as club house, swimming pool, ply ground, bike lanes & jogging path. But each project also has its own unique conceptive amenity nodes. Our Batangas projects features the Larong Pinoy. Bulacan has life- size board games and Laguna heath and wellness activities. Some sites even have an outdoor cinema!
